Thailand's traffic police
Regarding Thailand's traffic law, no motorbike allowed in the rightmost lane, you'll get fined immediately when traffic police saw as such.
But there's someone who can ride a bike at 40km/hr in this bike-prohibited fast lane, guess what, it's the traffic police itself.
